Holistic improvements to design for better user-centricity
I began conversations with Alto.Ski in early 2019 after their initial launch of an MVP with simple functionality and interface. It was clear that there was potential in the product and an ambition to offer more to users than just the main ski-pass solution. I have overhauled and consolidated the design system, formulated new user experiences, improved the existing UI and UX, and supported every aspect of visual design for the company. The project has afforded me the freedom to transform the entire ecosystem with a focus on the users, while helping to achieve and surpass the company's goals.
